Memphis Modern

Modern and tastefully remodeled home includes all the high-end amenities, and an open floor plan joining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Flat screen 4K TVs in every room, and high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Free reserved off-street parking behind the house and a large backyard. Just minutes from downtown. Absolutely no parties and no locals! Your reservation will be canceled.

Living room has a two story ceiling, 70" flat screen 4K TV, Apple TV, comfy full length couch, and plenty of additional comfortable seating. Kitchen includes quartz countertops, matching custom backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked to meet your needs. Coffee is also complementary!

First floor also includes full bathroom, laundry room, and bedroom with a queen-size bed with a comfortable Casper mattress, large closet, and 60" flat screen 4K TV.

Second floor has one bedroom with one queen-size bed with a comfortable Casper mattress, and a one full bath. Also upstairs is a loft area with two Twin XL beds that sleep one each (also comfortable Casper mattresses) and a futon that sleeps one more. Loft area looks down on the first floor living room and has access to a balcony overlooking the front yard and Second St.

Home includes a large backyard and two free reserved off-street parking spaces available for guests. Free on-street parking is also available for guests.

Location is tough to beat! Walking distance to the Renasant Convention Center, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Bass Pro Pyramid. 5 minutes to Beale St., FedEx Forum, The Orpheum Theater, and the rest of downtown. Or catch a carriage ride as they pass right by your front door and enjoy your leisurely ride downtown. For safety and security, property includes two exterior cameras only. A doorbell camera that covers the front porch and a backdoor camera that covers the back porch.

Mother’s Day weekend

We had a wonderful time in Memphis, the host was wonderful. We got in town early. She let us check in so we just wouldn’t have to ride around. The house was decorated very nicely. It was in the area close to everything. Will stay there again.

The house had plenty of room for 6 of us! Very clean and had everything we could want and need and then more! Easy check in and out process. We hope we can rent again when we return for St Jude Days of Remembrance next year!

Just book it!!

If you’re considering a trip to Memphis, just book this house! It was light, modern, clean, and comfortable. It was in a great neighborhood, literally two minutes from everything we wanted to do. We even strolled our two grandkids downtown for the marathon. Definitely will book again.

The property and location were ideal. Just a bit away from downtown but if willing to walk, it is perfect. Dane was responsive and always there to answer any question I had. I cannot recommend this property any higher.

Fantastic house and location.

This house was less than 15 mins away from everywhere we wanted to go. It was a great home base to meet family during the day as well. It's time to do a more thorough deep clean of the house with focus on water pressure, floors, and the carpet downstairs.

Great stay

The house was clean, beds are comfy, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was fine for Memphis, we felt safe at the house. We liked the loft as we used a mattress, & there was plenty of room for 2 air mattresses for older kids or adults needing their own. The couch/futon upstairs is small, so I would suggest an air mattress. The drive to Bass Pro was less than 5 minutes and same distance to the best BBQ, Rendezvous.

A mother-daughter paradise!

We loved it! As two women alone, we felt perfectly safe and secure in this very nice neighborhood. The interior was clean, quiet, attractive, and well organized, and both bedrooms were super quiet. Great AC! The exterior was also clean and attractive, with convenient parking behind the house. For us, it was the perfect 2-bed, 2-bath solution. For parties over two, there's plenty of additional space for some other guests. Thanks!!
