The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare light meals or enjoy morning coffee. A curved ceiling dining nook adds character and creates a nice spot for meals, work, or reading, and there is a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay productive.

The bathroom includes a clean, well kept shower. Overall, the loft layout and warm touches make the apartment both functional and relaxing.

Guests have full access to their private loft-style apartment, including the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, dining nook, dedicated workspace, and bathroom.

There is a common living area in the building that is shared with other guests, offering an additional place to relax or socialize. A shared laundry area is also available for guest use.

Parking is available in the courtyard behind the main house, and additional street parking can be found nearby.

Parking is available in the courtyard behind the main house, which has about five spaces shared with other guests, and additional street parking can be found nearby. Public transit options are also available in Midtown, though having a car or using rideshare services will give you the most flexibility to explore Memphis comfortably.
