Where to start,Santorini sky is a diamond of a hotel. The property is especially serene and the views breathtaking. The staff exceeds expectations in every way imaginable! My only regret is not staying enough days at the property.

Our room was clean and cozy. The staff was all super friendly and welcoming. Love that it’s a family owned hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Super fresh every morning. We would look forward to waking up to eat the breakfast. There was parking available which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend staying here. If I ever come back to Naxos I will be staying with Grotta hotel.

The highest of hospitality you can ever imagine. The staff will take your bags to your room and also when you leave. They will make all your reservations for your restaurants, tours, cabs, car rentals, ect. Will give all the recommendations you need. This spot is a great location in the middle of the island, can walk the trail to Oia on the path that’s along the hotel, walking to Fira the other way. Easy to walk to the bus stations. Loved the room. Decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Service was fantastic and friendly. Breakfast of very good. When they found out at 9:00 at night that I was allergic to gluten they ran out and got me gluten free bread and cookies. Location was perfect for walking everywhere. Would love to return and stay longer.

The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage.
The services that I really appreciated:
- unlimited free bottled water (although you're really paying for it in your hotel fee)
- generous breakfast included - you order from a menu (see photo)
- offer to pre-arrange shuttle or private car to/from airport and you pay the hotel...

The hotel location was beautiful, with our own private patio and plunge pool. The staff was very helpful with spa arrangements in our room and dinner reservations. If we had any issues, they took care of them immediately. We had a very wonderful experience!

We split our Santorini stay between two hotels, one in Firostefani and Remezzo Villas in Imerovigli. The first one in Firostefani was disappointing, despite good reviews on tripadvisor and hotels.com. Remezzo, in contrast, was amazing. We splurged on a pool suite and had a PERFECT view of the caldera, Oia, and the sunset, ALL TO OURSELVES. The pool was heated, probably around 6x10 feet, and couldn't have been nicer or more relaxing. The owner was extremely helpful in giving recommendations of...

Absolutely stunning views and interiors aside, our host Stavroula and staff Donna were absolutely lovely, Stavroula being extremely responsive over WhatsApp on any questions and travel recommendations, even if super last minute, and Donna being lovely helping us with breakfast and room service orders… other staff helped us take unforgettable photos as well. 20 out of 10 experience

Very elegant and peaceful hotel with sophisticated menu of fresh Greek food. Incredible breakfast. Staff was warm, friendly extremely helpful! Hotel is located between the two main villages of Oía and Fira and I recommend the easy walk to Fira around sunset along the pedestrian walkway carved into the rim of the volcano. Oía is much further away and only reachable by bus from Fira or by a 35 euro taxi each way....

A 6-room boutique hotel run by a small number of very efficient staff. The view of the volcano and the other islands is sensational from the rooms' terraces, however, terrace area vary and also there maybe a somewhat restricted view of a room or two (still amazing though). Breakfast is served at the room (no restaurant), the selection is excellent and food was delicious. The manager was very helpful with suggestions, tips, ideas for appending the day or where to eat, etc. She gets a bit...
