"The AC did not work. The room was very cold. The bath tap was running the whole night non-stop. I went to the front disk. The receptionist even did not open the door to talk to me. Horrible place with rude staff. "

"We checked in late. It's strange that the front desk is not open. Not even during regular hours. The lady who checked us in had no hospitality. People were coming & going at 11pm. Sketchy! My friend & check in. She takes both of our credit cards but charged my card twice for both rooms. I figured maybe it's a mistake. I'll wait until it clears. We go to check into our room & the key card don't work. I tried both cards multiple times. I go back to the office, she resets & says try again. I do, still don't work. She comes up the stairs & says the lock probably needs to reset. We unload & leave for dinner. We come back & there is still people out. People with backpacks, look like they are sneaking around, etc. Again, my key don't work. I had to ask the front desk guy to open my door. We are ready for bed & there's knocking next door, more people with backpacks. At this time, I can't sleep thinking about the what ifs. Around 3am, I wake my husband up because I think I hear gun shots. He said it's fireworks. I think he was trying to calm my nerves. I am exhausted the next morning. Didn't feel safe to get a good night's rest. As I go to check out I tell the front desk window, I have 2 charges on my card. He said you were only charged for 1 night on our end. To call my bank to deal with it. I get a receipt and leave. I call the front desk on Tuesday because both charges cleared my account. They said both rooms were charged & I have to get the $ from my friend. SMH. Don't recommend!!"

"My experience is terrible, I checked in and then was given someone else room that either someone was in that I walked in on, idk but I then felt so uncomfortable, then went back got a new room, then breakfast came nothing but waffles with no butter just syrup everyday, and old little wrapped danishes, no water at all or ice, there was just that and coffee and juice, room key deactivates and have to keep going to the front to get it work for the reader or idk what is not functioning, I would recommend staying here if have kids, if need something cheap then fine but know you just get a cheap rate. "
