"Used the hotel for the final night of our trip due to its proximity to the beaches and LAX airport. However check in was disappointing, when we established that the sofa bed wasn’t made up in advance and were handed the bedding to do it ourselves. We had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with a king bed and sofa bed so if the sofa bed wasn’t made up where were the children going to sleep? Dismissive attitude from the member of staff who explained it was our fault for not directly requesting this. Breakfast was fine in the morning but very busy leading to queues for items like waffles."

"I had no issue with my room, it seemed to be newly renovated, a little . But outside seems a bit sketchy. However, I had a friend who booked a separate room and his friend was complete opposite. It was so bad he had to checkout that same night. It was dusty, a dead roach was on the floor. The room smelt like moth balls. "

"Easy parking on parking lot. Fantastic shower. New! So nice-h/c bar, bright light, great! Awesome tv w many channels. Such a treat. Linens ok. Towels not real good. Staff was very nice n very friendly! Great stay. At check he directed us to Dick Church for breakfast. What a highlight that was. Best Choice, 1 block from the hotel!!! "

"The floor was filthy, the sheets had a 2 foot rip in the corner that should have been obvious to whoever made the bed. The bathroom door had obviously been punched in a few places and just spackled over. The shower curtain had pink stains on it and a spot that looked like someone wrote their name with a pen. I ordered 2 queen beds and was not informed that the room had a special door that was a small room with the second bed. If I wouldn't have called to ask about only getting one bed, I would not have been informed. The bathrrom andd bedroom room had a doorknob where you poke the center to unlock it from the outside. The curtain was see-through. The fridge was dirty inside so we washed it. I used their shampoo and a few towels to wash their dang floor that was leaving our feet black, which was transferring to the bed when we would sit. Washing me and my kid's feet left a bunch of black gunk in the sink, which was gross. I told the front desk and he said since I was only there for one night and housekeeping already left, then oh well. So oh well, now you have two black towels and you're welcome for the floor finally being washed. "
