"The food and scenery are great, but unfortunately, the customer service during this visit was disappointing. I was interested in getting a massage and had a few questions. The woman at the front desk (spa) was extremely unfriendly, short with her responses, and seemed more interested in being on her phone than helping customers. I felt like I was bothering her just by asking questions. That type of attitude really takes away from the overall experience. I was also surprised to find out there is now a parking fee, especially since I’ve visited before and never had to pay for parking. When I asked about it, the response I received made me feel like even asking a simple question was an inconvenience. On the positive side, I have to recognize José, the bartender. He is always welcoming, attentive, hardworking, and genuinely provides excellent service. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and works extremely hard to take care of guests. He deserves to be recognized for his customer service and dedication. The food, atmosphere, and beautiful scenery are still a plus, but the front-desk experience definitely needs improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because good customer service should match the quality of the establishment."

"One of my fav places to stay in all of Cabo. Great location, right on the marina. The pool is awesome with a nice swim up bar, friendly staff and clean, updated rooms. Highly recommended!"
