"Make better : to my arrived to the font desk the attendance was little rude, she give a room on the 3rd floor, when I went onto my asigned room, the room was dirty , the bed was a mess . I return to front desk to tel her was happened , and she do no apologize , just give me other room and was upset for this ."

"Check in was not very clear. Getting in/out of the driveway was difficult as you have to get i /out of the car multiple times each time you go/come. Also, the attached property can hear everything you do at night."

"The home was beautiful and large enough to fit my group of eight. The views were nice from both king bedrooms with privacy. We enjoyed having so many outdoor activities to choose from (Pool, ping pong, basketball, chess, heated pool). However, I gave the overall stay 3 stars due to the continuous power outage and cold water. I reached out to the host and they were pretty good at responding, but it was an inconvenience for us to keep going outside in the rain to flip the breaker each time. They sent out maintenance, but we continued to have the same problem throughout our stay. Overall, I would book this house again for a family trip if those issues are fixed. "

"Pool and spa are not heated, coffee pods and laundry supplies were a nice touch. Kitchenware could be enhanced, we purchased wine glasses and dish towels for use during the trip and left behind for future guest use. Overall a good experience."
