"This property is in good condition other than the adjoining property and parking lot are dilapidated. Staff are friendly with a very well monitored breakfast area keeping tables clean and food stocked. The room was large and comfortable. Location was good for our purposes with convenience food nearby plus it is a couple of minutes from the hospital. "

"The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt "

"We stayed March 8–10 and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately made the stay relaxing.The welcome snacks were a great touch and a nice surprise after arriving. Small details like that really make a place stand out and show that the host cares about their guests’ experience.Communication with the host was excellent the entire time. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from booking through checkout. It’s always nice staying somewhere where you know the host is attentive and available if needed.Overall, this was a great stay and exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great host."
