Lovely welcoming reception, smooth check in, room on 13th floor, excellent views. Hotel was quiet, room was spotless, daily room service, great shower. ** Only negative was the noise coming from the cleaners from early morning. ** We didn't eat in hotel so can't comment Overall - we will definitely return "
