Location was perfect. Staff very attentive . We had 2 rooms and the main bedroom was spacious while the second was ok but did not have its own closet or drawers. The washroom was very nice but the tiling needed new grout otherwise this property was very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable!

Great location. Easy to the metro and the Duomo is just around the corner. Has a lovely courtyard - but it is a mixed use with residential and rules about usu g the courtyard. The kitchen could use additional basics such as a kitchen towel but has the basic requirements.

The room location is excellent, 4mn walk to metro M3 and 10mn walk to Duomo. The property manager sent clear instructions for checkin and they have a WhatsApp number for direct and instant communication which is very convenient. The reception normal hours for checking in is till 9pm and there is a 20 Euro surcharge for a late checkin between 9 and 11 pm. The room is clean, large for Europe (2 large closets), well equipped (fridge, safe, desk, cloth hangers, couch, towels, soap…). There was a handheld garment steam iron on the room, it is very powerful and useful to remove wrinkles from the travel. Highly appreciated. I recommend this property provided you make sure to arrive during the property check in time!

If you are looking for a retreat with shopping, food exploration and Italian local flavors do your self a favor and stay here. My fiancé and I stayed in the suite and OMG, the space it has was amazing, walking distance to Duomo. There is a grocery store near by, and a coffee shop that offers breakfast and delicious paninis.

Our family of 4 stayed in the garden duplex in mid August. It was spacious and was a good layout that included a small kitchen that had ample equipment and supplies (hot water maker fid not work). Our only major complaint was the duplex air conditioner had a buzzing and vibrating noise every 30 seconds to 1 minute which did not make for a peaceful rest at all. Staff said it was part of the normal operation of the air conditioner unit for the duplex. They could not offer another room.

We loved the suite very much. We had plenty of room, and loved the sitting area, with the couch, coffee, & refrigerator area. There was alot of storage as well. The bathroom was very large, and had everything we needed. The bed was firm for me, but my husband loved it. We would have loved softer, more luxurious towels, which would have matched the luxuriousness of the suite, and apartment complex. We loved the security - we felt very safe! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this location to everyone.
