Perfect room with everything you could need. Wonderful and friendly staff and great location. Would definitely recommended for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay for their Milan city break!
This hotel was one of my favorite that I stayed at during my Europe trip.
It was super clean and modern. Absolutely loved staying here, it was a close walk to everything.
The room was gorgeous, spacious and the bed was super comfortable.
Wish I would of stayed here longer.
Staff here are super nice, will come back!
The staff was incredibly helpful. They took the time to give us a map of Milan and show us the places that are worth visiting. They also recommended authentic local restaurants that were amazing. Could not have asked for a more personable experience.
Very friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our luggage and had it locked away for us so that we were still able to explore prior to our departure. The building is very secure.
It was a nice little hotel in a convenient location. Good value for money. Clean room. Friendly people.

Walk to Central Train Station for Malpensa Express was convenient, walk to restaurants and metro also. Wifi was poor, though it worked better if we left the door open.

Staff were friendly enough to us. It was fine for a one night stay. However there were ants and a family said to us they had a bad experience as they were shouted at and had to leave at 11:30pm at night with a baby.

Room was small, but clean and quiet. Shower doesn’t have any shelves/tray for soap or shampoo, so forced to use the shower floor (or open the shower door to use the adjacent bathroom sink). Staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel located within short walk to the Centrale Train Station. No breakfast or other dining options on site, but small refrigerator in room is available. I’d stay here again.
The hotel was clean as was the room. It was located a short walk from Milan Central Station and restaurants were close by.
After being dropped off by taxi, the hotel signage was so small I walked around the block looking for the entrance using Google maps! So not so obvious signage. The other small point was a loose sink tap fitting. Otherwise a very comfortable nights stay. No breakfast provided but not an issue.
I don’t usually leave reviews but be warned if you are checking in after 10.30p. At first and on the day of, the hotel was very communicative about the process and extra cost at that time. On arrival, I was greeted likely by the owner who was very rude and grumpy.
I speak Italian but had a couple of simple questions and he absolutely lost it. He walked away and was talking to himself about my questions. He didn’t know I understood everything he said, but I wasn’t willing to fight it because it was late and I needed to get my son to bed.
In the morning, I was greeted by likely his mother, who was very patient, calm, helpful and understanding.
I hate to leave a negative review for a family run operation, because there are family photos in the hall, but he left me sour. Otherwise, the location was perfect, the room was clean and was exactly what I needed

The hotel is cheap and cheerful. We stayed for 4 nights. It’s a 5 minute walk from the central station and about a 40 minute walk in to the centre of Milan. The area is a little noisy at night time but to be expected in a city centre. The room was comfortable and served a purpose for not being in there too often. An older woman and gentleman appeared to have a room at the end of the corridor which they appeared to live in- most likely the hotel owners. They were ever present and friendly enough, albeit a little noisy during the evenings. Some maintenance work required in the room- wobbly taps etc but nothing you couldn’t cope with.
Overall, it serve a purpose and is a great location if you are looking to get on the train and site see around northern Italy.
The hotel was cheap and functional, but there was no toilet in the room, this was a shared toilet along with corridor. There was a shower in the room which was excellent. It's very close to the train station and a 15 minute walk from the Duomo.

Did not feel comfortable about the tiny room with one Queen size bed.
