There is no A/C. Thankfully we were able to open the windows at night with a fan. Only 2 towels for a week long stay. The location is 5 Star. You can walk to any point of interest in the city and is close to fantastic food choices and a local grocery market. Lady’s there is no hair dryer.

Great place! Very comfortable, clean, everything in the apartment works, we sleeped very well, it is close to the main places by foot and it is a very calm place to stay. When we come back it surely is a place we would stay again.

The apartment was perfect, huge well furnished fully equipped tastefully decorated and in a very posh neighborhood, very safe to walk at night 11 minutes away from the Duomo The communication with the owner was smooth and easy, so was check-in and checkout Will come back for sure

Not at 10. 9 at best Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan. Location was great. Communication was email only. No WhatsApp. Run by an independent service so no personal interaction. Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing! I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me. Not even a city map. I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was better.

High ceiling spacious apt in excellent location. This place looks better in their pictures. Mold in grout of shower due to constant dampness. It’s a very basic no frills living space. It’s the first time in a rental space like this where there was no paper towels, no dish soap and only a few drops of shower gel. No shelf or caddy to put any shower products in shower. Plenty of dishware to host a party but it would have been more useful for us to have other basics. Thank goodness for the big fan because there is no air conditioner. No screen on large open windows which would have been nice to leave open but not ideal with lots of hungry mosquitoes. Nice new flat screen tvs but most items in apt are worn. Useful drying rack included for hanging laundry. Reminded me a bit of a motel 6 room except larger.

almost everything was great but the communication getting in to the apartment was very confusing,we asked for an early check in because we had a very long trip from the u.s and we didn’t get an answer so we had to wait outside with our luggage and it was raining so it would be a nice compliment for us if the owner let us at least get inside 30 minutes before 3pm that was the only bad thing that we can say about our stay.
