This was a diamond in the rough! Simple and quaint but very sufficient. Note, it is without traditional hotel convenience of 24-hr front desk which might not be convenient for all travelers. but there are office hours 9-17:30 for leaving luggage and the staff is very kind and communicates well. Absolutely loved the location, touches of coffee, water and sweets in the room and I would be glad to stay there again. Ciao!!

Milan best area stay!

Best location ever, we were worried about the key because we got there on subday and office closed, but they were there for us to open and its a very nice suite! I will definetly will stay there again

Our room was very comfortable and very pretty. The location was excellent in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood full of shops, restaurants, and museums. Both the Milan Cathedral and La Scala theater were less than 10 minutes walking. We plan to stay there again when we return to Milan this year or next.

Great location

The place is very small, but clean and very close to all the attractions. Good bed, internet, AC. The place is not what is on the picture, much smaller. Also, shower doors have gap between them, which produces flood every time one takes a shower. Otherwise all is very good. Very friendly staff.

Lack of concierge created many inconveniences. Bathroom was small and shower doors could not prevent water spillage onto bathroom floor. Room felt unclean because it wasnt cleaned daily along with providing fresh towels.

First of all, this is not a hotel. It's an airbnb at best. Communication with the "staff" was not very good. I had responded to multiple emails on Hotel.com with no reply and the day of check in I received a phone call. Initially I had requested an airport shuttle but they never responded so we made alternate arrangements. It's an old building, which is fine, but there is no staff on premises and since we stay four nights, a maid service came once. There is a shared thin wall where you can hear people in another unit speaking as if they are in the same room with you. The hallways are also pretty loud and echoey. The room isn't very big but other than that the location is good. We were just surprised that it wasn't an actual hotel. Overall we guess it was fine, but not anything worth writing home about.

Pas de service d'entretien de la chambre pendant tout le séjour : serviettes , ménage, etc. Bien sûr pas de petit déjeuner : macchine à café mais dosettes pas renouvelées. Expérience qui ne sera pas tentée une prochaine fois : la très bonne situation n'excuse pas tout

Wonderful updated but classic renaissance style room. Centrally located to highlight locations like the Duomo and to the Metro. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and quiet room. Elevator makes luggage handling easy.

Würde nur als Tourist dort wohnen wollen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus aber kein Hotel!! Achtung! Keine Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels( Rezeption, Service etc) . Ich habe 20 Minuten auf der Straße ( mit Gepäck) gewartet, dass überhaupt jemand kommt. Von außen nicht zu erkennen, dass ich überhaupt v o r dem richtigen Haus stand! Nicht zu empfehlen für Business- Reisende, die nicht italienisch können.
