Nice hosts, and good location. The walls must be a little thin, since it’s a little too easy to hear what the neighbour is talking about, however still recommend to book with Room Milano Navigli. Would surely come back another time.

A little bit hard to get through the gate the first time, did not se any information about it. Other then that, awesome room, nice balcony and great location.

Clean hotel and very friendly staff.

The room was very clean and was cleaned daily with new set of towels and beds made daily. The staff is readily available for any assistance and was easy to communicate with. Staff even messaged me on whatsapp to give me updates on when I was able to check-in. The only challenge we had was locating the entrance of the building, you really need to follow the map provided by hotels.com and use google maps. It will send you to the building and you'd have to look at the directory to see the hotel sign.

We had a great time during our stay. The weather reached 93 degrees, so it was quite hot. It was wonderful to return to a place with excellent air conditioning and a nice shower. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I do have two small notes to be mindful of. First, the apartment is located on the second floor, which I did not realize initially. The main concierge is not connected to the room you are staying in. Second, in the mornings, the hallway with other guests can be a bit noisy due to doors opening and closing or conversations in the hallway. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
