Property was in a great location, in the middle of the high end shopping district. Close to the duomo and other areas.
However, we didn’t get specific instructions with the codes ahead of arrival and if you arrive past 5, which we did, you are essentially locked out of the building and there wasn’t any front desk attendant. You need multiple codes, one to the main gate and one to another door once you are inside. We couldn’t get in because they didn’t tell us the codes so we had to trail someone into the building and found an envelope with my name at the front desk, without a front desk attendant, which included the codes. The room is small and bathroom is tight, which is typical of European rooms. Overall not a bad stay but they can improve check in process.
