"Room was badly in need of an update. Breakfast was poor. Special mothers day brunch was very poor and run badly. Outside and lobby look great, just don't expect any more than that."

"Couch was stained very dirty I would even sit on it within a sheet on it. Room smelled musty. Staff and breakfast were 5 star. But Marriot needs to update rooms."

"The hotel is very outdated. I would say this is a good location for a family to stay with the pool option. Free breakfast has your essentials to hold you over in the morning. Hallways / doors are stained and have wear and tear. Rooms are very outdated and have a stale smell. There is a rental area downstairs for parties and we had the pleasure of being on the second floor, so it sounds like party is in your room. Party cut off was 10 pm so that was a positive. Staff at front desk and cleaning staff was very friendly. We paid around $500 for two nights which felt overpriced for the conditions and area. Positive, no bed bugs, clean sheets."
