I live roughly two hours away and anytime I have a family thing that may run late I usually grab a room here. It’s always clean and I feel very safe. The hotel is close to great food options and shopping if you wish. Very convenient and the staff is always friendly.

I've been an expedia customer for b years and never experienced this. Horrible. Sat in dark lobby for 2 hours trying to check in. Nobody showed up. Called the hotel twice and they put me on a 20minute hold just to hang up on me then I called expedia and they hung up on me. I was waiting til 2:30am to check in. Then its the wrong address. So I had to catch another $40 uber to another county after they finally set me up for another room at 3am. So I ended up spending another $80 on Uber. Worst experiences ever. Nobody compensated me or apologized
