"Breakfast was great. Roberto the manager was outstanding. I had booked on line and made an error for the night we wanted. He fixed everything. We were so impressed that we stayed the next night at another Holiday Inn Express by LaCrosse which was very nice as well. Great people. Well trained."

"The hotel was definitely old and outdated but was extremely clean. The staff was super friendly and the free shuttle to and from the airport was a nice perk. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable enough for a good sleep after a long international flight. Breakfast had a variety of options—both cold and hot, but don’t expect a huge buffet spread. It was decent enough to be filling and there were juices and hot beverages. Overall, it was a decent experience for a night’s stay. Also, staff informed me that the hotel is undergoing renovations as it was bought out and being changed to a Marriot. "

"We arrived around midnight and the staff was ready and helpful in getting us to our room. The hotel is older, boutique style, but very beautiful and the room was enormous. There was the usual toiletries and coffee provided. They have several lots for free parking. The only (very minor) issues I had were the beds were quite hard and the sheets were very stiff and scratchy... as if they had been starched. Overall it was a beautiful property in a great location with wonderful amenities we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of."

"The property had an unpleasant odor and was a basement unit with residents on the ground floor. Each night there was loud stomping on the wood floors above by the residents. Sent an email to the owner for the combination to get into the unit with NO response. Had to call the VRBO home base to get that information. The price of the unit given its location along with the other issues listed above was too high. Would NOT have booked this property if the issues above had been disclosed."

"Booked a “non smoking” room. When we entered the room we were hit with a very thick and strong smell of cigarette smoke. They refused to give us a refund. We ended up having to go somewhere else because of how bad the smell was. Will not book here again. Do not recommend."

"The airport shuttle ran for 3grs in the morning and 2 hrs in the evening otherwise there was no shuttle, there oage says 6am till 10pmnot a chance.Jotel was old and the staff wouldn't gelp with nothing"

"Loved how the host was available anytime we had a question. Host was super communicative and helpful with what we needed help with and how to get parking. The place was clean and accurate like the pictures. Host was so sweet and left us a note and that is very much appreciated it’s the little things that count. Me and my family had a blast there was games and movies provided!"
