The space:
Enjoy luxury living in this newly renovated building in Milwaukee`s financial district. The historic architecture maintains charm throughout the interior and exterior spaces while the apartment features high end amenities such as quartz countertops, kitchen island, and in-unit washer and dryer.
The space comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed conveniently folds down into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet.

Smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, kitchen island with bar stool seating, and in-unit laundry

- In walking distance: Third Ward neighborhood, Marcus/Pabst/Riverside Theaters, Milwaukee Public Market, Cathedral Square Park, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars
- Driving 5 minutes or less: Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Art Museum, Walker`s Point neighborhood, and Summerfest
Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in the building`s secured garage (the MAC Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$30/day
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability
Requirements:
- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit
Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
