"Staff did not inform you of anything except give you a key and tell where the elevator is. Ice machine not working on one on the property Wi-Fi not available without signing up for the Choice Rewards. Stand Wi-Fi (If you can sign on did not allow internet access without addition charge) If you experienced Wi-Fi issues you were given a 1-800 number to call. Overall opinion I would not recommend."

"Hilton staff is the best! From the front desk greeting and check in to the cleaning crew everyone is friendly and helpful. We always stay at the Garden Hilton when we travel to Kansas City. "

"The lobby and breakfast area was clean and comfortable. The check in was easy. The beds were very comfortable. The room looked positive until we were getting ready to go to bed. The lamps and outlets between the queen beds were connected to the entry way switch. If you turned off that light, the outlets and lamps between the beds were useless. We had to keep the entry way light on all night, so I could plug in my CPAP. Fortunately I brought a sleep mask to block out the light. It was obvious there were several electrical issues in the room, as evidenced by the power extension cords in use and the plate covers on former outlets."

"Room was clean and the heating unit worked just fine. I was excited about getting in the pool because it was listed as a heated pool which was certainly not true. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

"This hotel is nice, I would stay here again. Good breakfast, ample parking. Clean comfortable rooms and beds. My one complain would be the pool. 9am-10pm. Some of us would like an early morning swim."
