"Location, location.. This property checks all of the boxes from check in to check out…. Located within a short walk to sea and its wonderful boardwalk we enjoyed walking everyday, along with lunch and beverage at one of the local chiringuitos. Everything is within walking distance, & local transportation is close by as well eliminating the need for a car, however ample parking on street if one was chosen ; a well stocked grocery store across the street was a nice plus. Although we did not golf on this vacation, there are several golf courses in the vacinity .. From the time we booked John was very helpful and responded to any pre-vacation questions we had. At arrival, he met us at the property to give us the lay of the land along with a lovely couple of bottles of wine and water. During our holiday, he and Brian were always ready to help with any questions we had. The condo, has all the amenities one needs on holiday, a nicely appointed kitchen, large outdoor deck, great wifi service and if so chosen, a smart tv. There is also a lovely pool however we never used it favouring the sea view. Check out was also seamless. Overall the condo is a great place to stay, for a reasonably priced, relaxing winter getaway! "Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment with a good size balcony, beautiful sea views and two great swimming pools within the complex. Apartment was well equipped and a great size for a family of 4. About a 15 minute walk to the beach with supermarkets, cafes etc about 10 minutes away. The hosts could not have been more helpful - provided lots of very useful information about the apartment and surrounding area and responded to any queries we had very quickly. We had a lovely family holiday. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return. "

"The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."

"The apartment was very well furnished, spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The gardens at the complex were neatly kept. We used the restaurants and bars nearby which were very good. There were two small supermarkets also very close the walk down to the beach was approximately 10 minutes. With plenty of bars for the walk back. The owner Fiona was very easy to contact and was extremely helpful. She gave us lots of helpful information which made our stay so much easier. We would definitely go back and highly recommend to our friends and family. "

"Beautiful villa in an amazing location. We were disappointed there is no air conditioning in the kitchen or any living area as the listing states it’s air conditioned so we presumed that included the lounges, dining area and kitchen. The listing also says there is a hot tub, there isn’t which wasn’t a problem for us as only just noticed that! We booked it for the views and garden which did not disappoint though there is a problem with ants and mossies outside. The owners are amazing at communicating really useful information, ditto Emma the manager. Thank you both. Finally we treated ourselves to a private massage with Angel as recommended by Guy the owner. Absolute bliss. "
