"Good stay"

"I would stay there again! Clean and staff was super friendly"

"Old hotel with comfortable bed and clean"

"The place was cozy indeed. As soon as you walked in you were greeted with a soothing and pleasant aroma. The place was decorated very nicely. The location served its purpose as it was close to the Hard Rock football Stadium me and my wife went to for my birthday to see a game. There was a setup of wine glasses and a treat in a stray on the bed upon arrival but it would’ve been nice to have a bottle of wine to go with it. The only negative was that the cleaners or housekeeping did not do a very...

"The grounds beautiful. But the check in they couldn't find my fully paid reservation, then put a higher amount and wanted me to sign, I said not until rate was corrected. No assigned parking for guests so when ballroom has events park far, the phone in the room not working, the shower pressure and amount of water was designed for a newborn. Definitely not booking here again."

"Generally, well maintained. The front desk staff last night and when I checked out this morning were very professional and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Yes, there was coffee to be made in the room, but no coffee downstairs until after 7:00 am - really inconvenient. Most of us need to be way out before that with the traffic on the Palmetto. Nothing to grab and go. I will say, it was very convenient to many restaurants a very short drive away."

"The hotel is so beautiful, rooms nice, but it seems like a cover up to wheel customers in. The breakfast was horrible. The sausages taste horrible, eggs horrible. I’m not done! Imagine getting in the shower to feel that there’s no hot water like that. It felt like cool sink water with a bit of warm. I couldn’t even go in the water. They definitely need to do better with the shower water. And I dislike the tv. I’ve never been in a nice hotel like this and we don’t have Netflix or YouTube. I was...

"Clean room"

"They made a change to our accommodations with no extra cost or problems. They were friendly & efficient and the price was very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone."

"Clean room and perfect size for our family."
