"Overall the place was ok. It was very busy and lots of people in and out. It was very close to the old city- maybe 15 minutes walk. There are restaurants and all kinds of entertainment within a 10-15 walking distance. The parking garage is very small and can be very challenging to the not so experienced driver. I would suggest parking elsewhere if you can find some space."

Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."
