"I am rating the hotel the lowest possible score due to Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center not allowing me to shorten my prepaid 3 night hotel stay on March 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2026 at check-in to 2 nights and get reimbursed for the last night which was not used. Due to the Iran War, my flight to the Middle East was cancelled and I did not need to stay the last night in Casablanca to catch my flight. Most hotels will allow you to adjust the stay at check-in, but not this Radisson. I suggest that you do business with a hotel that is more understanding in a war situation. They should be ashamed of their business practice. They told me at check-in that I needed to get my reimbursement from Expedia, but it was really Radisson that refused to reimburse me."

"When we arrived in Casablanca- we went to the hotel’s restaurant at 12:30 PM and told them that we had a tour at 1:30 PM and asked if the food would be ready right away and was asked for the food at 1:00 and was told the the food is ready. It was already 1:15 PM (45 mins of waiting) and no food came so we decided to cancel our order. Then they told us food is being drizzled now. We told them they shouldn’t expect us to eat the food in 5 mins for us not to be late for our tour. On our first night- the air conditioner was not working and we informed the receptionist about it. While we were out the following day- - they sent a portable heater to our room (looked like they wanted the room to be get hotter). When we came back that afternoon- the room was still hot. They told us to give the air conditioner an hour and it should be fine. In the meantime- they sent a technician with another heater. We told the technician that we need an air conditioner and not another heater. Finally they transferred us to another room on our second night where the air conditioner was working. However the TV was not working. We had to call the receptionist twice before they senta technician. On our third day - we left for our tour and came back at 3:00 PM with our room not done- bed sheets have not be changed and dirty towels still on the floor. Again we had to call the receptionist twice before the lady came to clean our room. Funny that the lady asked us to give her a good review in google. "

"My check in was smooth, easy and early which I really appreciated as my train arrived early. The location is the best part right across from the train station- for those catching the train the very next day- for that reason for me it was perfect. Shortly after dropping of my bags, getting freshened up, I headed out to my tour to return around 515pm. I met the person at the front desk and inquired about the restaurant I read about at the hotel which offered said I could enjoy international cuisine at La Table restaurant. He first said it opens at 7pm- no problem I understood it was Ramadan- no issue- then said it was Moroccan I was a bit confused- also I accepted it- he confirmed it was not a buffet but also order off menu - a la carte. Great! I asked if I needed reservations- he said no- I said okay will be back down at dinner time then. I come downstairs and I am told by the lady- first I am not on the list- what list?! Second- it's buffet only! What do you mean buffet only! I was told otherwise! I waited 2 hours to eat- I could have gone out to some place and eaten! I was starving! When I go checkout what they have 95% of buffet is finish or old I should say because they were 2 people there so no one could eat all that in 15 mins past 7pm! I was so angry! I had to pay 200dihrams for this! For potatoes and piece of chicken! On top of that the AC didn't work, the phone wouldn't call the service, wifi didn't work it's a free pass for 24 hours couldn't get work done at all! "

"Arrived approximately 2:50 pm Monday, February 16, 2026. Doormen pleasantly greeted us upon arrival, assisted with luggage and directed us to reception area. Numerous guests sitting, waiting, several employees seemingly feigning activity, not attending to anyone, nor acknowledging our presence. Awkwardly stood in middle of the small reception area waiting for direction. Eventually, I politely asked if we needed to wait to check in and received no other response than "Passport please". Check in was methodical, without pleasantries. Another guest was trying to interrupt our receptionist as she was concerned her passport had not been returned to her. Our receptionist spoke to her with less courtesy than I would have expected that she did not have her passport and it was another colleague who had taken it from her. Room condition was extremely disappointing. "Filthy" is not an exaggeration, stains on carpet, couch, bedding (hair on pillow), poor condition, dated, in need of a refurbishment or a deep, deep clean. If this hotel had a "heyday", it must have been long ago. Breakfast room service was timely and good value. Dinner was expensive and poor quality, although service was extremely attentive and personable (great personal conversation). Interactions with doormen were always pleasant and personable when exiting and entering the hotel. Check out was smooth and pleasant. Overall, stay was terribly disappointing due to condition of the hotel and lack of value for money."
