"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and they were very supportive of my dietary requirements and my meal in there was lovely."

"The staff can not be faulted they were great. The downside for me this trip was the TV did not work and they did not have a maintenance man available to fix it. The room was clean but one thing i did notice they do not have USB charging points anywhere in the room. In case the ones on your laptop are not available "

"Room clean , too hot even turned down thermostat down . Staff very helpful. Don’t understand why you don’t have semi skimmed milk in rooms . Must say outside noise was very intrusive & affected ability to sleep, as window appears not to shut properly. Needs looking into to 203 "

"Enjoyed the stay at the Moxy - absolutely ideal location if exhibiting at NEC. Good young staff, clean and tidy comfortable room (bathroom a little small). Good breakfast - plenty of choice - evening meal was a little disappointing"
