"Quality of furnishings needs some care."

"Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof...

"Very good service and generous."

"Nice hotel; area at night isn’t great and can be very loud. Staff was great and easy access to Termini"

"Very conveniently close to main attractions, quiet, safe location. Very helpful staff, good room size , good breakfast. Good value. Recommend! Note: if you use a white taxi it drops and picks up from the hotel door; if Uber you must walk about 50 yards. Hotel can arrange for limo transport at relatively decent price, but you must pay in cash…do the white taxi!"

"Wonderful hotel in a great location in Rome. Close to Roma Termini rail station and the Metro. Quiet and lovely common areas. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet included. Nice Live Music at night. Advertised with air conditioning but because we were there in late October staff said it was "not season" and thus no AC. They did bring a fan to our room and it was comfortable. Rooms are advertised with bathtub/shower combination but our Deluxe Room only had a shower. Would have loved a...

"I am writing to share my feedback on my recent stay at Aria Palace by OMNIA Hotels. The hotel's central location was fantastic, making it incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance to local restaurants, shopping, and major sightseeing spots. Additionally, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!"

"Had the 5th floor Pantheon view suite with an extra room. Fantastic staff- friendly, even packed a breakfast for us when we had a very early morning airport transfer. Can’t beat looking out onto the Pantheon, with all of the Roman must-sees in easy walking distance, and tons of good choices (three gelato places, including Venchi, within 20 yards of the door. Elevator is slow and small, but staff happily assist with bag delivery. Piazza can be loud with open windows, but when shut, the room...

"The hotel was great!! Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us. The attached restaurant had great food and staff!!"

"Great atmosphere, , staff is great , very helpful , rooms very nice , good breakfast, good location Nothing bad to say at all"

"We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Horti. As we were driving to the hotel, we were cautiously optimistic because it’s place in the middle of these alleyways sort of a warehouse industry. When we pulled up, it looks unassuming, but somewhat tropical, and after reject in the layout began to unfold and what a joy and beautiful little property in the heart of Rome. I can appreciate where it’s located because it is quiet and removed from the major tourism, but about a five minute walk to...

"I chose Yes Hotel mainly for its convenient location near Roma Termini train station. I appreciated being given an upgraded room, but overall, the stay was just okay. You get what you pay for, and nothing else particularly stood out. I would consider staying again if I needed to be close to the train station for a quick overnight stop. For a longer vacation in Rome, though, I would choose somewhere else."
