Our room was comfortable but a little on the cold side. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and provided us with an extra blanket and a heater. The breakfast was good and plentiful but choice was rather limited. Overall we had a good stay and would probably stay here again.

Check-in was excellent. Room was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. Included continental breakfast was excellent. Location for us was perfect. We were able to spectate the Cycling worlds races from nearby and excellent walking access to Mt Royal was a particular win.

It’s a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful safe walkable neighborhood. Wonderful staff and morning breakfast for carb and protein lovers. I totally recommend it, and do hope to come back.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were excellent. Cynthia was very helpful on check in with suggestions on places to eat and things to see. We were in town for the AC/DC concert and being close to a subway stop was perfect.

Character hotel with no lifts and lots of stairs. Very quiet and bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff responded to requests promptly. Great location, 2 blocks from the Metro that takes you everywhere touristy, including the Bell Centre. Could use a coat of paint and a bit of wall patching in the room. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, very good value for the price.
