Nice hotel. Quiet room. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal. Exercise equipment needs updating. Elliptical was in very rough shape! Odd policy regarding towels and there was a sign about how many towels in room and charges if any missing. Odd, especially as the king bed had 5 pillows and no sign for those. Still, a pleasant stay and I’d stay there again.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel closes to the highway access. You need to be patient to wait for a nice person to let you out of the hotel parking lot. The hotel looks clean, but we have blood stains on our bed sheet as attached picture. The shower door has big gap between doors.

I did a reservation saturday morning and I got to the establishment by 1h pm. So I went to proceed to my check-in is $26, wich I paid and they also took $50. I was about $76+ on site and the reservation was for 234 taxes included. So far everything appeared to be great. I went into the room, I used the bed for a couple of hours then I took a shower. I left the room 2h30 later to go out and handle other things around the city. Let's make it clear I did not check-out. When I got back to the hotel by 1h am, I went to my room I couldn't access my room (#135) wich I found weird. I went to fd to say I was earlier and I came back my keycard is not working. The clerk asked me is my name (something), I said no. Then he asked if I was with red cross, my answer was no. Then he asked for my id and the credit card wich I had no issue to provide. He told me he as to speak to his my manager. Understand I was waiting for a room to sleep and was getting late. My girlfriend started to lose patience, and she asked if we'll get refund. The clerk say they will reactivate the keycard. But the room was occupied by other people. My girlfriend was pissed, I think she had the right to be. They let us leave with just an email address to write the front desk supervisor.
