"The room was clean. Check in and check out were straightforward. The hot breakfast was yummy and had a lot of variety. The hot tub and pool were also very nice, though we were a little disappointed that they were in the other building and not the one that we were assigned to."

"Had a great 4-night stay at Gray Wolf. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel was recently remodeled and our suite was lovely. It was a bit dusty as spots -- but I think that may have been from the recent remodeling work. Living room was spacious and kitchen was nicely equipped with full size appliances and needed supplies. The one suggestion I would make to the property is to add towel bars in the bathroom area. Bathroom was large and there would be plenty of space. We would have been happy to use towels more than one day, but there was no place to hang them to dry. Otherwise, the suite was wonderful! Laundry on-site (first floor right near the lobby) was very helpful -- and it's complimentary!! Delicious chocolate chip cookies available in lobby in the afternoon and fire pit for smores in the evening. Location is great -- around the corner from West entrance to Yellowstone Park and the "downtown" area of West Yellowstone was walkable and we found nice restaurants and shops there. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!"

"Loved this place. The staff was super nice. The room was comfortable and the location was awesome. Right in the Middle of West Yellowstone and close to everything. Loved the keypad on the room door no key to keep track of. They bring fresh towels and make your bed every day WITHOUT you having to ask! Rooms have a vintage decor which I found very cool. Thank you we had a great time and loved the dinner and breakfast recommendations also."

"Our room (suite) was well done, with adequate room. The staff was able to provide information we needed regarding local attractions (other than the National Park) and restaurants. Hotel provided free laundry source for those who wanted to do their own laundry. The area felt very safe when walking around the hotel area."
