"During my stay they had issues with the heat and hot water. They did comp me a couple of days as a result. The bar area and dining room are well maintained."

"There was no room service done during my stay and the receptionist said they do them on different days but that was not communicated with me.Terrivle experience! I also got put into a double queen room because they said they had overbooked the king room I reserved and paid for. Never staying at this hotel again. "

"We just had a most enjoyable stay at The Inn Crowd. The entire facility was spotless and very well appointed. Our room was most comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfasts were delicious and served whenever we wished. Best of all was the attention we received from Heather and Jason, our hosts. Where else does the proprietor wait up for a late arrival and carry their bags upstairs for them! The surrounding community of Holden is absolutely lovely as well. The Inn Crowd is an excellent choice for a restful get away. We recommend it most highly!"

"Clean room, staff was helpful. For what I paid for the room, there are other hotels that offer breakfast and free parking in the area, but since my conference was in the DCU it made the most logistical sense. Will most likely stay there again but may look at it hard next year."
