I arrived past the check in time and the staff was wonderful about arranging and after hours check in. I received an upgrade to an amazing bungalow with a private yard, outdoor shower and lounge area that was right on the beach but any of the bungalows on property would have been amazing. I used the free kayaks everyday - easy to take out on the water and the marine life right off the bungalow’s private beach was great. I spotted a turtle and tons of fish. Overall, an amazing stay with a very kind, caring staff. Would give more stars if I could!

Lovely, helpful staff see you to this ocean side bungalow with kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and great deck where you can sit and enjoy the sight of the reef. Snorkelling right from your private beach yields coral and tropical fish from the shore. A couple of downsides: there are no staples like sugar, coffee, salt, etc in the kitchen; there is no comfortable chair so you either sit on the bed or you are upright at the table; the reception is only there for assistance for an hour or so per day.

Un cadre très agréable avec un accueil fort sympathique de POE. Un point très fort est la qualité de la literie. Le bungalow plage est très au calme et une vue splendide. Une volonté de l’établissement forte de s’inscrire dans l’éco tourisme, à chacun de s’y inscrire. Grand merci à POE, et qu’elle puisse être récompensée de son travail

What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!

Property is right on the beach. Staff and owners were oustanding, friendly and helpful. Dog was a sweetheart and added attraction.

location is beautiful but the price isnt value for money. Its very, very basic and could do with an update as facilities are not up to standards: the fluorescent light in kitchen had a defective electric connection and operated erratically, mosquito nets had tears in them which defeats the object, the only wardrobe for a room that sleeps 6 is falling apart, there is NOTHING comfortable to sit on inside or outs, there is no air con just 1 inadequate ceiling fan and 1 very old dusty floor fan that can only be plugged in one place and has a defective oscillating knob, there are no mosquito covers for the windows in the washroom so you cant open them for fear of getting bitten, there are hoards of ants in the washroom and living area especially around the washbasin and sinks, the bedding is cheap itchy polyester, not ideal for a tropical climate, the only 2 x towels provided were old, grey and stained, the “curtains” such as they are do not fit either in length or width and one of the poles over the bed fell down on me twice. The toilet is next to the front door and the first thing you see and the shower clip is taped so high up the water shoots across the room. The freezer needed defrosting and the crockery is a bizarre miss-match of shapes, size and colour and not all were clean. The only chopping board smelt of raw meat, there was no bread board or bread knife and no housekeeping. As holiday accommodation goes I expect a bit less basic for the buck, rustic or not.

The 1st thing you see when opening the front door is the toilet which is right next to the door! The crockery is a bizzare mixture of mismatched shapes and sizes, some chipped and not all clean, the one chopping board smellt of raw meat and there was no bread board. How our hut was supposed to sleep six people is beyond me as there isnt enough room or amenities. The standard of the place is just very vey low for holiday accomodation rustic looking or not.

Preço qualidade muito bom

Fiquei hospedado num bungalow no jardim sem vista mar. Bungalow muito espaçoso totalmente equipado e estava bem limpo aquando do check in. A localização não é a melhor, Moorea tem sítios melhores onde se pode ficar e pagar pouco mais. Junto ao hotel quase não existe praia. Pontos positivos é que a zona é muito calma, puro relax, não se passa nada a volta. Aconselho alugar Scooter senão impossível deslocar se. De um modo geral dou um bom a minha estadia.

Rustique mais agréable, bon rapport qualité/prix

Bon séjour : cadre sympa, bain agréable avec magnifique vue depuis les kayaks, mis à disposition. Bungalows propres, mais anciens, qui manquent d'éclairage, surtout pour une soirée en terrasse (nombreuses ampoules grillées), dommage. Résidents, sachez que les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas comprises (avons toutefois été dépannés par le personnel, très gentil).

Great location right on the ocean.

Quiet, peaceful, pleasant location right on the ocean. Cabins not at all luxurious, but adequate for 2-3 people.. Bed was comfortable. Kayaks available for guests, You can paddle out to snorkel and see the reefs. Beach has a lot of sharp coral to avoid stepping on when swimming. Good value.

Bungalows propre mais pas d'insonorisation.

Le bungalow que nous avions était derrière la grande villa, en bord de route. Il a été récemment rénové et est très propre. Il y a 2 lits doubles en mezzanine et 1 lit simple en rdc. Insonorisation quasi inexistante entre les cris provenant des nombreux occupants de la villa et la route passant juste derrière. Sinon, kayaks, parking, tv et wifi gratuit à disposition. Et très bon accueil.

Little gem on the southside of Moorea

My wife and I stayed in the beachside bungalow for only one night at the end of our trip to Moorea but wished we found the place earlier. Huge bungalow with two double beds and a kitchen. Big table on the porch just metres from the sea to enjoy meals. There is great snorkelling within swimming distance and kayaks available if you want to travel further out on the reef. Staff very friendly and helpful.
