"The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and clean which was very nice after some of the previous ones I have had the misfortune of seeing at other hotels. The staff are courteous and very nice too. Oh and the maids were very nice as well. I needed to exchange 1 towel and I have been put through the ringer over asking for this type of stuff before but not at this place and it was actually a relief!"

"There was no parking near my room and there were a number of strange people wandering around the parking lot. The room was shabby and not well kept. Then, it sounded like the people in the next room were bowling in their room. I felt unsafe and decided to check out and find another hotel. This was all within 90 mins of checking in. I would never stay there again. "

"Basically when we checked in the lady was super rude. She very talkative to the previous person, but when we came up to the counter her demeanor changed.maybe because my husband is black. She was super rude to me also. We paid good money and the eggs were not that good, we only ate the last day.fridge frozen everything, missing fridge bar on door. No water pressure "

"The property is run down in desperate need of repair. Outdoor trash cans overflowed with trash because they were never emptied during our 3 night stay. Hot tub is as cold as the pool. Breakfast was not good - cold eggs and terrible coffee. Weird parking situation with the super sketchy motel next door. Rude staff. Wish we had stayed elsewhere."

"Entry and first floor were nice. 2nd floor AC was not on. So the hallway was hot and stuffy. The room furniture was dinged up everywhere I asked for a couple blankets and the hotel did not have or supply. The bathroom needed help, it was clean, but the toilet was scoured,molding at shower was peeling, bathroom door was warped, yet the floor looked new.TV had to be reset every time turned on and the remote was broken. Not a standard La Quinta at all. a bust on the lodging."

"My stay at Sonesta ES suites Fresno Yosemite was fantastic!. the staff was kind and friendly and very courteous. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and had a good variety. The chorizo and potatoes were absolutely delicious! The room was spacious. Had a full kitchen in the shower. Pressure was strong when I took my hot shower at night. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. The best part about it was I was able to bring my pup with me on the trip and she had a cozy stay in the living room as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!"
