"Floor in room was sticky, toilet did not flush paper down on first flush and always needed a second flush. Biggest issue was that the exterior door at end of hall (which should have required a key to enter) did not actually close all the way. We found it open more than once, so anyone could have entered the hotel at anytime without a key. "

"The room was dirty. There we blood stains on the bed and what looked like shedding from bed bugs when I looked them up. I don’t think the blankets had been washed. Stains on the carpet. I was in the room for only twenty minutes when I started noticing more and more things. I showed pictures to the staff and they offered me a refund and a different room for free. I decided not to stay there at all after that. It ruined my plans for that night and the next day. I still have not received my refund for the room or for the $50 damage fee that they adding on while checking in."

"Clean room and the property is in the process of being updated. Great experience for a budget hotel. The only negative I have to say is we were woken up by house keeping knocking on the door to see if we had left yet at 9am and check out was listed as noon. "

"Wow! Where to start. The staff very informative, polite, and just very friendly. The cleaning staff are amassing friendly, helpful and right on top with anything we need! Went to dinner here last night. Food very good. We wanted to try everything on the menu but we couldn't eat all we ordered. So of course we took the rest back to our room. Can't forget the restaurant staff. Very nice, helped with the menu and helped with refills and take home trays."

"Beautiful cabin and property. Loved the waterfront deck and hot tub. Great communication with the owners. Our dog loved the private wooded trail. We would definitely stay here again!"
