"The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. "Super kid friendly. We were the only English speakers, but the owners spoke some English. Check in and out was super easy. We had a family room and it was a wonderful, large space. The pool isn't heated, but it's clean and there are pedal boats kids can use in it. "

"Stayed here on my last night in jeju after I did an early check out of the another hotel I was in for it not being clean. Not sure why I didn’t book the Grand Josun the whole time, would have made my trip a lot better. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I just hooked a standard room and the room size was nice and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Only thing was they charged for a sun-bed on the roof top even in the evening which I thought was a bit strange. And a little nickel and dimey. But besides that would stay again! "
