"The hotel is new, barely over a year in age and still has the “new” smell. The rooms are very tasteful in decor, and very quiet despite the hotels close location to a busy street. Highly recommended. My one recommendation is that when the hotel is full that the breakfast spread be enlarged and cooking stations be added as in other properties. It felt as though the staff was overwhelmed by the number of guests."

He loved the location and how he didn’t have to do too much walking everywhere. From the manga museum, to Irichan being less than 5 min away. Even though we paid for this room upgrade, we liked this upgraded room so we really appreciated. Location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient to go to tourist site, department stores, famous street market and also close to the Kyoto station."
