"This is a really nice cabin, the bed was comfortable l, everything was really clean and as described. The road is a little more hilly then a flat gravel road but we were able to pull a trailer down it still with ease (if you are from somewhere not mountainy). We would of loved to stay there longer if we could have"

"There was some cleaning issues - maybe dog poop or something in one of the rooms. It was really small and not a huge deal. We had trouble finding a remote and had to download something on our phone. The upstairs split unit has to be on the same setting in each room up there (one person likes a hot room and the other likes a cold one) so, that was a small issue too. Other than that, it was a great place. Lots of board games, the hot tub works, there’s a smoker and a grill (the grill could used cleaning), the space is well located to RRG and there’s a lot of privacy. The hosts are extremely responsive."

"3rd time staying here. First 2, excellent! This one, meh. Arrived at property, door code was incorrect, 2 of 4 (heavy) Adirondack chairs blocking the steps. Internet dismantled, water system dismantled, screen door busted. Must do better making sure property is ready! "

"We had a little mix up that was totally our fault and our hosts were so kind, understanding, and helpful in getting it sorted out with us. We very much enjoyed the cozy vibes of the cabin. Very little light pollution in this area, you will see all the stars! We very much enjoyed the higher end cleaning and bath products, and having the kitchenette really came in handy. This was our first VRBO experience and our hosts made it so great for us. We will definitely come back! "

"We were told when we arrived that our cabin was not available and we would be moved to a different cabin. We could have been notified about this at any point, but they neglected to do so until we arrived. So we go to this cabin and it looks pretty identical to the one we booked so we are prepared to make the best of it. Half of the cabin doesn't have power, so we contact the hosts with the number we were given at the check-in office. That initial conversation was insulting as if we were inconveniencing them by reaching out with our concerns. They then have us flipping breakers and trying to diagnose the electrical issues in the cabin. Nothing is working. At this point I'm thinking, why would you not check and make sure the cabin you are putting Us in is at the very least in proper working condition if you are unable to get us in the cabin that we reserved? They call us back and say that there is a different cabin we can go to. So we drive back and they give us keys to a cabin much closer to the office and way less secluded. Not at all what we wanted. We will still give another chance. The driveway is completely iced over, the only way to get our bags in from the car is to walkthrough planters in front of the building because the walkway is iced over as well. We get inside, and we decide we will take it. Then we notice it's infested with cockroaches. We dropped the key off and we headed home. Now I am fighting with vrbo for my refund. Thanks for the ruined weekend."

"I went completely out of my comfort zone and took a solo vacation with my dogs for the holiday. This cabin was absolutely perfect for a quiet, secluded, and relaxing getaway! I really enjoyed the beautiful backyard view and the hot tub. The dogs loved all of the space to run around in the front/side yard and explore the woods. I did keep them on leash at all times when down in the lower backyard area just to be safe because it is a bit scary for animals/young children if they get close to the edge but that’s an easy supervision fix. You are a 20-30 min drive to every big hiking area so it was a perfect drive each day to try out different trails. The cabin does have a slight pet odor to it, but it’s not bothersome if you are visiting with pets and the cabin was very clean overall. I hope to return again soon! Thank you for making it such a memorable Christmas trip! "

"The house was great had everything you need and more. Everything that was stated in the ad was there and in great working order ! This place was VERY clean and welcoming ! The Bigelow tea was very good to see as I am a employee and know how good our tea is!"

"This place was beautiful. So clean and decorated so nice in general and for the fall. We appreciated the little gifts left by the host and being able to bring our dogs with us. The porch was amazing. Such a nice setting near the woods. "
