Nicely decorated cosy room, if on the dinky side. Friendly staff. Corridors look like a ju gle and they even play birdsong which is nice, but they keep playing it throughout the night, perhaps needs a rethink. Or i have bat ears.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Room was not set up for 3 as booked and not enough towels though. Disappointingly no coffee facilities and could not even purchase a coffee on Sunday as only 1 staff member working who couldn’t work the coffee machine.!

We only stayed one night while traveling through Munich, but we were so happy to have discovered Cocoon Sendlinger Tor! The staff were very kind and helpful. The décor was beautiful and cozy. The room was spacious and super clean, with a big, comfortable bed. They offered free water and fruit, which is a lovely touch in a world where everything costs extra. Breakfast is quite pricey, so weskipped this time.Highly recommended! Herzlichen Dank!

Super close location to the train station and many restaurants! The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. The bar and food options were also great! My only normal, typical American complaint is the mattress is VERY firm. Because of all the positives we would stay here again!

The staff were surprisingly friendly and helpful, they spoke very good English (and one of them even spoke Spanish). We were wowed by the decoration and theme of the hotel, it was very unique (pleasantly so). The beds were very comfortable and we loved the view into the shared courtyard. I think we chose a very unfortunate time to stay, because the street directly in front of the hotel was under construction for most of our nights there, which made getting Ubers a challenge, and we didn't get to explore that street very much. Also, one of the rooms we booked had a very old-fashioned A/C control that never seemed to work. Then there was a night where no one had hot water due to an electrical issue with the building. I also wished there were more trash bins in the rooms, especially considering they don't do daily room service. A regret I have is not having tried the breakfast, because it looked and smelled delicious every single morning (but we tried to save money on it). Assuming the issues we experienced were just poor luck, I would recommend this place. If they are consistent issues though, it might be worth looking elsewhere.

Wunderbares Hotel direkt im Zentrum von München. Das Interior und Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr modern. Schöne große Dusche mit Rituals-Produkten. Eine kleine Kaffeemöglichkeiten im Zimmer wäre noch ein tolles Add-On. Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Für alle etwas dabei und variiert jeden Tag etwas. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Personal ist jung und sehr nett.

Aparentemente tinha tudo para ser o melhor hotel da nossa viagem. O grande problema que o quarto estava com uma goteira no chuveiro e ninguém resolveu. Para completar, em uma noite não tínhamos água quente, o que impossibilitou tomar um banho depois de um dia cansativo de passeio. Apesar das atendentes serem simpáticas, uma delas disse que iria devolver o dinheiro dessa noite que não deu para tomar banho, mas no outro dia não tinha mais essa conversa. Além disso, o problema do chuveiro não seria resolvido, mesmo assim eles ficaram enrolando como se desse para resolver.. gerando um estresse sem necessidade, quando era só falar “não tem o que fazer”. Por conta dessa falta de presteza e sinceridade, caiu muito em minha visão a qualidade do atendimento. Por fim, o café da manha é muito bom.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Cocoon Sendlinger Tor. Ich habe die Kategorie Cocoon Garden reserviert, da wir unseren Hund dabei hatten und die anderen Kategorien zu klein schienen. Jetzt im Nachhinein bin ich mir auch sicher, dass wir ein falsches Zimmer erhalten haben (habe extra an der Rezeption nochmal nachgefragt). Wir waren im zweiten Stock und das Zimmer war - vor allem mit Hund - extrem klein. Auch das Waschbecken etc. war nicht extra abgetrennt, wie auf den Fotos sondern war direkt am Bett.. bisschen schade aber bin froh, dass wir das Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht haben. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre das definitiv nicht unsere Wahl.
