A greet option for your stay in Munich. Large, clean room with king size bed. Really quiet if your bedroom is on the courtyard side.

Nice but noisy

Friendly staff, good location near to the main train station. Breakfast was nice. The bathroom was open within the room. The toilet had a frosted glass door but the shower had a clear glass door so was visible to everyone else in the room which wasn't ideal for my teenager. The room looked out to the street and was VERY noisy. We couldn't close the window due to the hot weather so had to get ear plugs, which only made a slight difference.

Nice place handy to everything. One staff member was not nice at all. So unfortunately we won’t go back. Get back after a busy day our room wasn’t serviced I called to ask why. She replied you have to book it the day before all guests are told that when the arrive. If I had of been told I wouldn’t have been asking. Do you speak English. Abruptly of course. Free drink on arrival. Went to get our free drink bar doesn’t operate anymore. See what I can find. Get back late after our concert there were at least 6 people in the bar. Shame nice clean place.

Das Personal am Empfang war ganz ok , die Dusche bzw die Armatur war leider kaputt. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist eine absolute voll Katastrophe. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit ist man am besten nicht mehr zu Fuß unterwegs!

Lage gut. Umgebung voll mit Baukränen und entsprechender Lärmbelästigung. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und sogar von 3 auf 5 Nächte verlängert.
Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs, Sonjas uns der Baulärm nicht gestört.

This is a great location, especially for arriving by train! It’s easily walkable to the station- 15 minutes. The old town was about a 15 minute walk as well. So easy! The staff was very friendly, especially the young man who greeted us, offered umbrellas for a rainy evening, and chatted with us before we left. Housekeeping was phenomenal here in that they even swept the room each day. We loved our stay!

商用の訪問でしたが、従業員の対応も適切で良いホテルです。5階に宿泊しましたが、Wifiが少し弱く パソコンを入り口ドアの傍で操作する必要ありました。

Nice hotel

Friendly staff. Big, clean room with A/C and modern bathrooms. Bed was OK but a little bit more hard than I like. Vending machine style parking is available under the hotel for compact to midsize cars...check in first, and they'll park it for you. I was happy that they allow pets, since my small dog travels with me. Very close to Bahnhof, metro, and Theresienweise for Oktoberfest...but also easy to get to the Altstadt. Perfect for a quick stay. Breakfast offered but I didn't try it, so can't speak on it. There are cafes/bakeries very close.
