While the apartment had “free WiFi” listed as an amenity, not only did the apartment lack WiFi but the host suggested we “purchase” WiFi (which was again, nonexistent) from the front desk. It was also frustrating that we had to purchase towels and linens for rent from the front desk when that was not written in the apartment listing. "
