The host did not provide any check in details, despite repeated messages from myself and vrbo support. 3 families left with nowhere to stay on Easter weekend when the host cancelled the booking while we were at Geneva airport without any message. You should be kicked off vrbo. You should not be a host. Absolutely criminal behaviour. "

"Apartment was fine and clean. The apartment building was full of drunk teenagers banging doors and shouting playing loud music at all hours. With early ski school start with small kids I'd suggest young families stay elsewhere. Location was excellent however and it came with everything we needed. The mini supermarket downstairs was great to have. We are tired but had a great time."

"I found the check in instructions were only released that morning of travelling , which is a little stressful when taking airports, transfers etc into consideration .A minimum of 48 hrs should be provided .Pascale always replied quickly but I wasn’t sure who was responsible for the appartment .Good location , newly refurbished .Would have liked soap in both bathrooms and bare essentials like salt, pepper, coffee in kitchen ."

"The apartment was fine, the amenities were fine, however the apartment had no WiFi and the host did make any attempt to rectify the situation. While the apartment had “free WiFi” listed as an amenity, not only did the apartment lack WiFi but the host suggested we “purchase” WiFi (which was again, nonexistent) from the front desk. It was also frustrating that we had to purchase towels and linens for rent from the front desk when that was not written in the apartment listing. "
