Lovely, clean, spacious room for a solo traveler with room under the bed for shoes and suitcase. A large TV with easily accessible HDMI ports, usb A,C and power outlets on both sides of the bed, A drawer under the padded bench for dirty clothes, in room safe (small), 2 complimentary water bottles (per cleaning schedule), floor standing air purifier unit, reasonably good black...

"Room walls are dirty. Old furniture. Laundry dryer weak power, spent ¥1500 and 1.5hrs for a load. Had to order for women’s skincare set to be delivered, not in room; no razor, had to buy. Taxi needs surcharge to go to Annex Lobby. All in all not a great experience "

"Staff were always ready to help with anything, sometimes very busy, other times waiting patiently in the lobby for someone who might need something. Club lounge breakfast was healthy and plentiful. The room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned daily, with very nice shower and thick towels. The small balcony was enough to enjoy the lights at night. Overall, a most enjoyable stay. Have stayed here several times now, and will do so again."

"Beautiful hotel. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. I booked the room with the Tokyo Tower view, and it was breathtaking at night. The room was clean and all the guest supplies—like the pajamas and toiletries—were very well organized. It's about an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and FamilyMarts, and few min walk to the nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance!""
