"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"Welcome Hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the water with incredible views. Terrific restaurants are just a few steps away as is shopping. Easy rideshare or taxi access to the area. Front desk staff was fantastic as were the other staff. We had a problem with the shower drain and they were immediately on it and solved it. "The staff were very friendly and helpful especially on the Beach serving drinks and food. Rooms were clean and the hotel is in the only position that has its own private beach in Monaco. It’s central to lots of restaurants further along the beach and has a bus stop nearby that you can even get straight to the airport!"

"The comfort and service at the Columbus is outstanding. Don't miss using the shuttle to get around Monte Carlo. Also they're 'complimentary' or borrow list. I borrowed a yoga matt for use in the room. The pool is shared with the condos but very well supervised, larger then it looks."
