"The hotel offers free washer dryer. However, there are only two machines for washing and two for drying, and one washing machine was broken. Initially it was hard to find the right time to wash clothes. After returning for the 4th time, the machines we're finally available for use. The breakfast is lacking! Not a good variety or flavor."

"The hotel itself was good, but the room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep without noise-canceling headphones. Every night, there was loud music and drumming from the cathedral area that continued until 2:00 or 3:00 AM. Additionally, there was constant noise from the lobby that lasted until midnight. It was unacceptable. I was also disappointed to find no tissues provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient."

It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly meant a lot to our family. We also appreciated the daily touches like cold bottled water and fresh apples always available for guests. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to hospitality and guest comfort. I highly recommend Histórico Central Hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. It combines outstanding service, an unbeatable location, and thoughtful amenities that make you feel right at home. We will definitely return!"
