The location alone is worth five stars — steps from the tram stop and a short walk to the central station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without any hassle. Breakfast was a genuine highlight. The spread was impressive — made-to-order omelettes, toast, hash browns, mini pancakes, and plenty more. It’s the kind of breakfast that actually sets you up for a full day of exploring rather than leaving you wanting more. The rooms were clean, modern, and noticeably more spacious than others in the area, which made a real difference after long days out. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone visiting the area"

"Didn’t have hot water for a day, sky lights leaked when it was raining and our studio lacked a place to sit other than the bed and a dining chair. Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced because it spews water all about the bathroom. Everything else was good."
