"Excellent service in the lobby, very nice room, all the employees were very friendly, and it's worth the price; I stayed for a week. They should add a water fountain or water dispenser in the hotel... that's the only thing missing. The location is perfect; you can use public transportation to Orange County. There's a bakery nearby called Portos with excellent food. There are also places to eat nearby, and Target stores. The lobby hosts were very friendly."

"I received spectacular service from every team member I encountered — the front desk, housekeeping, the bartender, and the restaurant server. The balcony with direct access to the pool and the patio lounging area was absolutely the best. Every part of the hotel was in pristine condition."

"Absolutely horrible. My son (10yr old) got bit all over his stomach and back by what the dr said was bed bugs or fleas. He was on the sofa relaxing little did we know it was infested. I should have known by the way their was dog hair all over the couch. But like I said Dr said it was bed bugs. I should definitely get a full refund i have proof of the urgent care visit."
