"We did not go to the “free breakfast buffet “ as stated on the hotel app AND confirmation because at the hotel they stated it was $15 per person per day. They would not honor it on our stay."

"Clean, peaceful house for a getaway. We loved it. We love coming to Hot Springs and will stay at Rose Cottage again. I highly recommend. The Rose Cottage has everything you might need and even things you didn’t think of needing. I love the homey feel and all the decor. Great place to stay. "

"The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, however there was a strange smell that I could not put my finger on. We were on the second floor in the back, it’s quite no traffic or noise. However it’s hard to manage stairs when you have knee issues. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I like that they have cameras all over the place to monitor the cars."

"Our room was very comfortable. I wish the pool had been a bit bigger. Its one of the only hotels in that area with an indoor pool. Breafast was good. "

"The house was perfect size, and very nice inside, it had everything that we could have ever needed. It was close to everything we would want to do. I left a pair of boots and reached out and the host and they have been extremely helpful with quick replies and steps on getting those back. I’d stay here every time I came to hot springs if it was available. 10/10 stay"

"The place was completely miss represented. The place is in the ghetto. There were two doors to the place and neither one closed properly. We weren’t comfortable stay there we had to put the bar chairs in front of the doors. There were no rugs on the floors, no side tables, lamps, the air/ heating unit in the bedroom didn’t work. All that was in the unit was a bed, TV, small table bar with two bar stools and a cheap WalMart couch. No decorations. One small mirror in bathroom.The tub didn’t drain. I didn’t sleep any because the traffic was so loud and the outside lights were on and the light shown through the windows. It was good we only stayed one night it is not comfortable at all. It is obvious the owners are attempting to take a roach motel or former crack house and turn it into a rental property. We paid 220 for one night for zero sleep and the feeling anyone could walk in and harm us because of the neighborhood. Very disappointed."
