"An excellent location, right next to the metro station. Clean rooms and wonderful hotel service. The service was particularly professional right from the moment of check-in. Izabella provided exactly what every tourist should receive upon arriving in a new place: reliable information about the hotel and tips to help navigate the area. Izabella did a wonderful job. We saved a lot of time by following her advice."

"Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms. Good hotel bar and restaurant. Closed slightly early on one evening, which meant I missed out on enjoying the great sounding food, but I guess if the hotel is quiet they may need to close early."

"The staff will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner and the breakfast buffet had everything you could want and was kept fresh and fully stocked throughout breakfast hours. The biggest surprise was the gorgeous park across the street which looked like a fairytale with swans swimming on the lake and beautiful trails for running or walking. It’s a couple minutes walk along the park from the Hilversum sport park train station to the hotel and you can get straight from the airport to the hotel with no train changes. No need to Uber! 10/10 for location, service, convenience and charm. Loved it. ❤️👏"

"Bar and restaurant staff could be a bit more attentive. Outside patio/lobby I experienced an encounter with a mouse and large rat. I mentioned this to one of the front desk managers, not sure if anything was done about this. I was also a bit surprised that I was charge $15 Euro for a one hour late check out. I was pleasantly surprised I was given an early check in after traveling 24 hours."

"We had such a lovely stay on the boat; far enough away from the city to feel like a proper little escape, but super easy to access, (we ventured in everyday), & you don’t have to embark on an epic expedition to get there. There’s something rather magical about being gently rocked to sleep by the bob of the waves. Far better than a lullaby, and considerably more nautical. We loved spending lazy time on the deck with a book, watching the world drift by, and then settling around the table for a few rounds of cards in the evening (with varying degrees of sporting behaviour, naturally). A really nice bonus is that the listing is attached to Casey’s houseboat, so Casey is right there and available to help if you need anything, while still giving you plenty of space to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended for anyone agile and open minded, looking for something a little different in their visit to Amsterdam."
