"Once you check in, the staff do not escort you to the room. Second floor was a maze finding the suit I stayed in. The moment I walked in, I realized the AC was too loud,Called the front desk and asked to change however they said the technician would come in an hour and never did. Shower was Luke warm and not really getting hot. The venue needs maintenance and renovation. Dinned at the terrace on 5th floor, service was ok until food and drinks arrived and the waiter disappeared. No music and not much was happening up there. Being a repeat guest at the property and having stayed at the standard room, that side of the property is way better than the old suit.Also having stayed at the other one in south c, unfortunately I’ll be choosing elsewhere next time. There’s a lot of room for improvement. "

"I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!"

"We stayed at 3 different hotels in Nairobi, all about the same price. This one was the best of the bunch by a long shot. Clean, pool, nice bar, helpful staff, convenient and safe location for restaurants and shopping. Got us a boxed breakfast since we had to leave at 5 am. A real winner !"

"The hotel is simple and safe - great value for the money. The staff is helpful and professional. Everything is super clean. The breakfast is decent and a good option if you are in a hurry. Internet can be spotty and there were a couple of brief power outages, probably not the hotel's fault but the Nairobi grid. Highly recommend!"
