"This is a basic hotel that provides all the necessities at a reasonable price. The rooms are small but there is enough space for a normal amount of luggage. The mattress is very firm and the pillows were flat so i wouldn't say it was my most comfortable sleep. The building is very quiet which is a plus. The breakfast is completely Japanese with not really any western options. We didn't have an issue with this but other's might. Food was refreshed through out breakfast. You are able to walk to many places from the hotel or jump on the train at Nagoya station. You can walk underground most of the way to the station it just takes a bit of navigating. "

"Spacious room with comfy bed and excellent amenities. The room was too hot on arrival. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant looked ok but very quiet. Used complimentary drink vouchers for a quick beer but nothing made us want to linger. Hotel was a 15min walk from the rail station so easy to get to trains that go to the Alps."
