Songdo Beach may not be the most convenient location in terms of transportation if you're sightseeing across the city, but we liked it much better than Haeundae because it's quiet and surprisingly un-touristy despite the cable car. It was perfect for a more relaxed second visit to Busan."

"Good location and near subway. Staff friendly and courteous. Downside is pictured deluxe room on website that I reserved was NOT what we received.. It’s an old hotel, room safe did not work until we called maintenance, then the toilet did not flush so we called again , then the door handle to the toilet room fell off, so I screwed it back in. The sliding glass bathroom door made loud high scraping noise when closing it. I would not recommend hotel to my friends or family."
