"We enjoyed our stay at Doubletree. The room was very clean & there wasn’t any problems. We enjoyed eating in your restaurant. Thank you for the couple for a nice adult beverage. We stayed with you guys because the next day,Friday I had cataract and & that’s why I didn’t respond because I wasn’t able to read for a few days. Doubletree was 5 minutes away from my appointment. "Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of cooking but we didn't because we were out and about. The pool is on the smaller side and on the side of parking lot. We didn't go in it because it was always raining. "
